If you create an account, we store login credentials securely through Shopify’s encrypted systems.

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including:

  • Elavon

  • Stripe

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems provided by our payment processors.


C. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • Pages visited

  • Time spent on pages

  • Artwork approval communication

  • Order status updates

  • Pickup notifications

We do not currently use SMS for marketing campaigns. If SMS marketing is introduced in the future, explicit consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable laws.

Standard carrier rates may apply to text communications.


4. Customer Artwork & File Storage

Customer-submitted artwork files are stored for up to one (1) year for order reference and reprint purposes.

After one year, artwork files may be deleted at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of submitted files.

Saskatoon Tees is not liable for long-term storage or archival of artwork beyond the stated retention period.


5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Enable core website functionality

  • Improve user experience

  • Analyze traffic and site performance

  • Maintain login sessions

Users can modify browser settings to decline cookies; however, some website features may not function properly without them.

  • Payment processors (Elavon & Stripe)

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, relevant transaction data may be shared with payment processors or financial institutions to defend legitimate transactions.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and applicable federal laws of Canada.
