At Saskatoon Tees, we take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Incorrect CustomΒ & Personalized Orders
If we made an error on your order (wrong print, incorrect garment, or incorrect size sent), we will take full responsibility and correct it at no additional cost.
Custom & Personalized Products
All custom-printed and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
Because each custom order is made specifically for you (based on the design, size, color, and garment selection you approve), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase, including:

Design placement and spelling
Non-Custom / Ready-Made Products
For non-custom, ready-made merchandise, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery or pickup, subject to the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Item must be in original condition with tags attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

Refund Processing
