Terms of Service

 

Welcome to Saskatoon Tees. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Saskatoon Tees, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Orders & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

Production will not begin until:

  • The deposit is received, and

  • The artwork mock-up is approved.

Deposits are non-refundable once artwork preparation or production has begun.

The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Artwork Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers will receive a mock-up for approval before production.

Once artwork is approved:

  • The customer is fully responsible for spelling, grammar, sizing, placement, and design details.

  • Saskatoon Tees is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final mock-up.

  • We do not offer free reprints for mistakes that were approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have full rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 3–6 business days and begins once:

  • Deposit/payment is received, and

  • Final artwork is approved.

Larger orders may require additional time.

Rush service is available. Rush timelines and fees are communicated at the time of order.

5. Sizing & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

We do not replace or refund apparel due to incorrect size selection.

Blank (unprinted) apparel may be exchanged if:

  • It is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Exchange is requested within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Availability permits.

Printed apparel cannot be exchanged unless there was a production defect.

6. Customer-Supplied Garments

We do print on customer-supplied garments.

While we take care during production, certain fabrics may react unpredictably to heat and pressure.

If a garment is damaged during pressing due to our error, we will take responsibility.

However:

  • Saskatoon Tees is not responsible for garment quality issues, manufacturer defects, or fabric reactions beyond our control.

  • Customers remain responsible for artwork errors they approved.

7. Color Variations

Due to differences between digital screens (RGB) and printing processes (CMYK), slight color variations may occur.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

  • Minor variations between screen preview and final product are not considered defects.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Saskatoon Tees is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If additional shipping insurance is requested, it must be arranged at the time of order.

Customers are responsible for placing new orders for lost or stolen shipments.

9. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns on custom printed products unless there is a confirmed production error on our part.

If a production mistake occurs, we will replace the affected item at no charge.

10. Intellectual Property & User Content

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

You agree to indemnify Saskatoon Tees against any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Saskatoon Tees reserves the right to photograph and use completed orders for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

Photographs of completed orders may be shared on our website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms. We will not display any personal identifying information alongside featured work without your explicit written consent. Team names, logos, and general descriptions may be referenced.
 
Opt-Out: You have the right to request that your order not be photographed or featured in our marketing materials. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing before or at the time of placing your order by emailing hello@saskatoontees.ca or calling 306-290-5120.
 
Removal Requests: If your order has already been featured and you would like it removed, please contact us at hello@saskatoontees.ca. We will remove it within 5 business days of receiving your request.

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for properly delivered and completed orders will be contested.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

Saskatoon Tees reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, including collection fees and legal costs, in cases of fraudulent disputes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Saskatoon Tees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saskatchewan courts.

14.Checkout Pricing Errors

If a technical issue causes an incorrect price (including $0.00) at checkout, Saskatoon Tees reserves the right to invoice you separately via email for the correct amount. Your order will be fulfilled once payment of the corrected invoice is received.

15. Changes to Terms

Saskatoon Tees reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
