How a gang sheet works
One roll, many designs
Our film is 15 inches wide and you can use every inch of it. We nest your designs side by side so none of it goes to waste.
You pay for length
Sold by the foot, rounded up to the next foot. Price comes from film used, not how many designs fit on it. Filling the sheet is free money.
Cut and press yourself
Your sheet ships rolled up as one piece. Cut your designs apart, heat press at 300F for 10 seconds, peel warm. No weeding.
Before you ask
How is it priced
By the foot. We measure how much film your designs need and round up to the next whole foot. Any space left over is yours to fill with more designs at no extra cost. Longer sheets cost less per foot.
How wide can a design be
Up to the full 15 inches. Our film is 15 inches wide and you can use all of it. Anything wider than that will not fit and the builder will tell you.
What file should I send
A PNG with a see-through background. If your design shows a white box in the preview, that box will print. JPGs always have a background.
Do I get a proof first
You are looking at it. The preview on this page is exactly what we print, so there is nothing to wait for. We still check every file before it runs, and if something will not print well we call you.
Can I mix different designs
Yes. Twenty different logos or twenty copies of one, same price. That is the whole point of a gang sheet.
Do gang sheet transfers come cut out
No. A gang sheet prints as one continuous piece and ships rolled up, so you cut your designs apart yourself. There is still no weeding, just a pair of scissors. If you would rather they arrived already cut and ready to press, order by size instead. We cut every one of those for you.
How long does it take
Most gang sheets print within two business days. Rush jobs, just ask.
