Performance or cotton?
For game day and practice, choose a performance polyester tee. It wicks sweat, dries fast and keeps its shape. For warm ups, fans and team photos, a soft cotton tee or a fleece hoodie is more comfortable and usually costs less. Plenty of teams do both: performance jerseys for players and cotton or fleece for everyone else.
Names, numbers and sponsors
Custom names and numbers are what turn a plain shirt into a jersey. With DTF printing, each name and number is printed in full colour and pressed one at a time, so there is no extra setup cost for every player being different. Just send us a roster with name, number and size for each player.
Roster tip: double check spelling with each family before you send the list. A misspelled name is the number one reprint we see on team orders.
Sponsor logos usually go on the back below the number or on a sleeve. Each extra print area is $9 per piece, or $8 on orders of 24 or more, which makes sponsor bars an easy way to have the sponsor cover part of the uniform cost.

Parents and grandparents want the gear too. A fan version of the jersey, a hoodie with the team logo or a "Hockey Mom" shirt sells well and helps fund the season. Set up a simple order form, collect sizes, and we will print the whole batch with your team's bulk pricing.
Timing your team order
Most team orders are ready in 2 to 5 business days after you approve the mockup. If the first game is Saturday and it is already Wednesday, check our rush printing options. Products marked Rush can be ready in 1 to 2 business days.
Common questions
Do you do full sublimated jerseys?
We focus on printed team tees, performance tops and hoodies with DTF. If you need fully sublimated jerseys, ask us and we will tell you honestly what fits your team best.
Can we add a player later?
Yes. With no minimum order, adding one more jersey mid season is easy.
Will the numbers crack?
DTF prints stay flexible. Wash inside out in cold water and skip high heat in the dryer and they will last the season and then some.
